For this purpose, the wine is transferred to French barriques made of high-quality oak. The Liborio Bolgheri DOC then matures in these oak barrels for at least 24 months. The best way to store the wines is in a cool, dark place, horizontally. When storing, the temperature should not exceed 16 degrees.

Sparkling wines should be served between 6-8°C, white wines between 12-14°C, and red wines between 16-18°C. Allow them to breathe a little after uncorking.
