Maturation	The production of this wine begins with the precise selection and careful hand-harvesting of the grapes to ensure the highest quality. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The first crucial stage, alcoholic fermentation, takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ideally at around 28 degrees Celsius. This temperature is optimal for preserving and promoting the fruity and floral aromas of the wine. This is followed by malolactic fermentation, a process carried out in the finest French barrique barrels. By converting the tart-tasting malic acid into the milder lactic acid, the wine gains smoothness and develops a softer texture. At the same time, the wine interacts with the wood of the oak barrels, giving it subtle aromas such as vanilla, smoke and spice. The wine matures in the same barrels for at least 18 months. This phase is essential for the development of its complexity and aromatic spectrum, as it supports the integration of the various flavor nuances. During this time, the tannins continue to mature, which contributes to the finesse and elegance of the final product. This carefully executed aging process is typical of high-quality wines from the renowned Bolgheri region. It allows the wine to reach its full potential and present a particularly harmonious interplay of fruit, acidity and wood notes.

What is the best way to store the wines?

The best way to store the wines is in a cool, dark place, horizontally. When storing, the temperature should not exceed 16 degrees.

How long can I store the wines?

How should the wines be served?

Sparkling wines should be served between 6-8°C, white wines between 12-14°C, and red wines between 16-18°C. Allow them to breathe a little after uncorking.
