Maturation	The winemaking process is an art that is carried out with great care. First, the grapes are macerated for 20 days at temperatures of 28 to 30°C. This process gently extracts the valuable aromas, colors, and tannins from the grapes. During maceration, the must is regularly circulated to further optimize extraction and ensure an intense taste experience is achieved. After this phase, the wine is aged over a period of 12 months. A refined blend of different aging methods is used. Part of the wine matures in stainless steel tanks, which help to preserve the freshness and fruitiness. Another part is stored in large Slavonian oak barrels, which give the wine gentle wood notes and a harmonious structure. Finally, the rest matures in French barriques and tonneaux that have already been used once. These barrels help to give the wine fine, complex wood aromas that subtly combine with the natural aromas of the wine without overpowering it. This carefully coordinated method of aging and maturation ensures that the finished wine has a balanced structure and a rich flavor profile that delights both connoisseurs and gourmets.

Chianti Classico DOCG

Chianti Classico is a fascinating red wine made exclusively from the noble Sangiovese grape variety. Its deep, dark red color and complex aroma of wild berries, Amarena cherries and a hint of black pepper make it particularly inviting. The wine is carefully vinified, with a 20-day maceration followed by 12 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks, Slavonian oak barrels and French barriques. On the palate, it displays a complex blend of dark spices, fine wood notes and lively acidity, giving it a powerful structure. Ideal with hearty dishes such as game ragout or truffle pasta, it unfolds its full potential at 16-18°C. Its long-lasting finish and harmonious balance make every sip a pleasure.

Il Molino di Grace.

The IL Molino di Grace winery was founded in 1998 by Frank Grace and is named after a historic windmill. It comprises around 60 hectares of land, of which 20 hectares are used as vineyards. The main aim of the winery is to produce elegant wines that reflect the terroir. Particular attention is paid to the characteristic features of Chianti Classico and the Sangiovese grape, with wooden barrels being used specifically for ageing. The winery has been cultivated according to organic principles since 2014.

The best way to store the wines is in a cool, dark place, horizontally. When storing, the temperature should not exceed 16 degrees.
