MaturationThe winemaking process is an art that is carried out with great care. First, the grapes are macerated for 20 days at temperatures of 28 to 30°C. This process gently extracts the valuable aromas, colors, and tannins from the grapes. During maceration, the must is regularly circulated to further optimize extraction and ensure an intense taste experience is achieved. After this phase, the wine is aged over a period of 12 months. A refined blend of different aging methods is used. Part of the wine matures in stainless steel tanks, which help to preserve the freshness and fruitiness. Another part is stored in large Slavonian oak barrels, which give the wine gentle wood notes and a harmonious structure. Finally, the rest matures in French barriques and tonneaux that have already been used once. These barrels help to give the wine fine, complex wood aromas that subtly combine with the natural aromas of the wine without overpowering it. This carefully coordinated method of aging and maturation ensures that the finished wine has a balanced structure and a rich flavor profile that delights both connoisseurs and gourmets.
