Maturation	The described vinification process combines modern and traditional techniques to produce a high-quality sparkling wine. First, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and clarity of the wine aromas. The finest parcels are then aged for six months in oak barrels, with the wines resting on their lees to develop additional complexity and depth. In the spring following the harvest, the cuvée is assembled exclusively from 100% wines of the same vintage to optimally represent the character of the harvest year. Afterwards, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. The bottles are stored on the yeast for at least four years, resulting in a mature, fine perlage. After disgorging, the removal of the yeast plug, the wine matures for another six months to fully round out its aromas and structures. This leads to a final product of remarkable elegance and multi-layered aromatics.

What is the best way to store the wines?

The best way to store the wines is in a cool, dark place, horizontally. When storing, the temperature should not exceed 16 degrees.

How long can I store the wines?

How should the wines be served?

Sparkling wines should be served between 6-8°C, white wines between 12-14°C, and red wines between 16-18°C. Allow them to breathe a little after uncorking.
