Maturation	The vinification of this wine follows a precise and carefully thought-out plan to optimally emphasize the character of the grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly pressed and the juice is transferred to stainless steel tanks. Here, fermentation takes place under strictly controlled temperatures of a maximum of 15°C. This temperature-controlled fermentation over a period of about 30 days makes it possible to preserve the fresh and aromatic properties of the grapes. The use of stainless steel tanks during fermentation ensures that no additional aromas from wooden barrels mask the natural taste of the grapes. The result is a wine that impresses with its purity and expressiveness, with clearly pronounced fruit aromas and a well-balanced acidity structure. The 100% Sangiovese Bianco impresses with its clear, light color and a rich, lively aroma reminiscent of a sun-drenched orchard. Careful ageing in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures ensures that the freshness of the grapes is optimally preserved. The aroma combines fruity notes of juicy pears and delicate floral accents with a hint of nuts and citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine develops an impressive depth and elegance, making it ideal for summer dishes. Fattoria Rignana

Fattoria Rignana has a rich history dating back to the 11th century, when it was part of the castles of the Val di Greve association. In the 17th century, it became the property of the noble Dè Ricci family, best known for Scipione, a descendant of Santa Caterina dè Ricci. In 1965, Arminio Gericke acquired the estate with the aim of establishing modern viticulture. Careful cultivation practices were introduced in order to produce high-quality wines. Today, the Fattoria is managed by Cosimo Gericke, who uses organic cultivation methods and leads a dedicated team in the vineyard and cellar.

What is the best way to store the wines?

The best way to store the wines is in a cool, dark place, horizontally. When storing, the temperature should not exceed 16 degrees.

How long can I store the wines?

How should the wines be served?

Sparkling wines should be served between 6-8°C, white wines between 12-14°C, and red wines between 16-18°C. Allow them to breathe a little after uncorking.
