MaturationThe grapes are harvested by hand, and each varietal is processed separately to best preserve its unique characteristics. Subsequently, the wines are aged for 18 months in oak barrels (barriques) to further develop their flavor and character. After this initial maturation phase, the different wines are carefully blended before spending another 18 months in stainless steel tanks to reach their full potential. This process creates a perfect combination of the individual qualities of each grape variety, resulting in an exceptional wine that showcases the best of every single drop.
