The Pecorino from Monteodorisio, vintage 2021, is an outstanding DOC Superiore made from 100% Pecorino grapes. Its straw-yellow color and aromatic freshness are the result of ageing in stainless steel barrels, followed by bottle ageing. The bouquet seduces with exotic fruit aromas and earthy notes. It is full-bodied on the palate, with fruity notes of berries and a hint of exotic fruit. Fine spicy nuances and silky integrated tannins lend it complexity. An invigorating acidity rounds off the taste experience. This wine harmonizes perfectly with light antipasti, seafood and mature pecorino cheese - a delight for true wine lovers.

What is the best way to store the wines?

The best way to store the wines is in a cool, dark place, horizontally. When storing, the temperature should not exceed 16 degrees.

How should the wines be served?

Sparkling wines should be served between 6-8°C, white wines between 12-14°C, and red wines between 16-18°C. Allow them to breathe a little after uncorking.
