MaturationThe Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is produced in a way that preserves its fresh and fruity characteristics. After harvesting and gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This method helps to preserve the purity and clear aromas of the wine. The wine continues to mature in these stainless steel tanks for six months. During this time, it develops its characteristic aromas and a beautiful structure, while remaining crisp and light. After tank aging, the wine is bottled to mature and harmonize further. This bottle aging gives the Trebbiano d'Abruzzo its finishing touch before it goes on sale.
