Maturation	Following a thorough quality control of the grapes, a 20-day maceration takes place at controlled temperatures between 28 and 30°C. During this time, gentle extraction and regular pumping over ensure that color, aromas and tannins are optimally extracted from the grape skins. After maceration, the wine matures for 12 months in new French barriques and tonneaux. This careful maturation gives the wine a distinctive structure, fine roasted aromas and a remarkably high quality. This process represents a significant innovation in the wine's aging process and contributes significantly to its complexity and excellence.

Gratius Toscana IGT, 1.5 liter magnum in a wooden box

Gratius is an outstanding Supertuscan made from a harmonious blend of Sangiovese, Colorino and Canaiolo Nero. The wine is characterized by its deep dark red color and complex aromas. After a careful 20-day maceration at controlled temperatures, it matures for 12 months in new French barriques and tonneaux, which gives it a distinctive structure and fine roasted aromas. The inviting aroma is reminiscent of juicy cherries, complemented by earthy notes of sun-dried tomatoes and spicy nuances of black pepper and tobacco. On the palate, Gratius develops a full-bodied presence with intense berry fruit and dense tannins. It harmonizes perfectly with strong dishes such as wild boar, Tuscan sausage and mature cheese, and offers an unforgettable taste experience. Served at 18°C, it can be kept for up to 10 years and is powerful with impressive depth.

Il Molino di Grace.

The IL Molino di Grace winery was founded in 1998 by Frank Grace and is named after a historic windmill. It comprises around 60 hectares of land, of which 20 hectares are used as vineyards. The main aim of the winery is to produce elegant wines that reflect the terroir. Particular attention is paid to the characteristic features of Chianti Classico and the Sangiovese grape, with wooden barrels being used specifically for ageing. The winery has been cultivated according to organic principles since 2014.

What is the best way to store the wines?

The best way to store the wines is in a cool, dark place, horizontally. When storing, the temperature should not exceed 16 degrees.

How long can I store the wines?

How should the wines be served?

Sparkling wines should be served between 6-8°C, white wines between 12-14°C, and red wines between 16-18°C. Allow them to breathe a little after uncorking.
